How to order
At this point I have only one product to offer you, this means that an ordinary shop setup is currently not an option. All orders must be placed via e-mail to this address: emma@maracreatures.se
You will receive a verification email from me with further details about the upcoming payment and payment plan. The order is not valid until a payment is made.
If the item is sold out I will send you a message informing you of this. It will also be announced on the home page.
What’s included
In every order of a full set doll (head and body) you will receive the following content:
Full doll, strung together with elastics, S-hooks and with magnets for face plates and tail, adhesive for ears and eyes. A box containing protection, a certificate of authentication to prove it is a legit doll. Everything will be shipped in an outer box for protection of your doll. Please note that the doll will not be available painted, dressed or with a wig at this time.
How to pay
I can only accept payments by Paypal or bank transfer at the moment.
You can only pay in US dollars or Swedish Kronor at the moment.
If you are from Sweden and wish to pay in SEK, please contact me about this.
You need to be 18 years old or older to place an order.
You can choose to do a layaway plan for your payment, read more about how under ‘Layaway’.
Layaway
When doing a Layaway plan for your payment, you can choose to divide it into 2 or 3 separate payments. The first payment must be ½ or 1/3 of the total cost, depending on the layaway you have chosen. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the doll, but it is included in the layaway payment plan and will be added according to the current cost of shipping to your country. So, every payment will be a part of the cost of the doll and a part of the cost for shipping.
When a Layaway is initiated and the first payment is done. This means that I can not refund you any part of the payment.
An order placed and a payment done is not reversible. Please understand this and think twice before committing to a purchase. Contact me if you have questions about your layaway.

Exchange and refunds
If an item delivered to you is in any way wrong or broken during shipping, contact me with pictures of the problem. Be sure to keep your certificate of authentication, without it I will not be able to offer any service of this kind. If you regret a purchase that has been paid for in full or partial during a layaway, there is nothing I can do and the order is valid. I can not force you to fulfill your payment and I can not refund you any of your payment.
Shipping and cost for shipping
The shipping cost to your country will be calculated when orders are placed, and before an payment request sent out. I will use the Swedish postoffice due to high shipping prices. The shipping cost will be according to current prices on their website.

Please note that the weight of a full doll without packaging material is 4000g and this can make the shipping cost high.
Countries that are not included in the list of available countries and that I can not ship too at the moment are: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Syria, Russia, North Korea and Afghanista
Delivery
This is the first time that I have created a BJD and choose to offer it up for sale via pre-order.
Please be advised that I am just one person, doing everything by myself and I work a full time job. I will aim to offer you the best possible customer service that I can, but I also ask you to please be patient. I will do my best to update all customers if any delivery delays occur along the way.
The recast issue and my stand in this
Since we live in a world where recasting and theft is a reality, I stipulate my right to NOT sell an item to a person or even a country if I have suspicions that the purchase is made only to be sent off to a recaster. This is to protect my work from being stolen and replicated by someone else. I do not support the recast community or anything they stand for.
After ordering service and owners guide:
After receiving your item there are some things to keep in mind, in order to take care of your doll.
Please avoid direct sunlight since the UV-light can make the resin discolored. Please avoid contact with oily substances and with acetone, since this can damage or stain the resin.
Resin is sturdy but also fragile when being bent or taking a hit. Please handle your doll with care.
